Hey!! We are Brian and Sam!

Together we are Uncensored Fitness, a husband and wife, together for 20+ years, parents of 3 team, and your no bullshit health and fitness coaches. We both have completely different weight loss stories, problems, ah ha moments, and start dates but through our very different journeys found the same love and passion for health and fitness today.

We know how overwhelming it can be to start your journey.

There is a lot of conflicting information out there.
Eat this, don’t drink that, eat carbs, don’t eat carbs…

at the end of the day you have to find a system
that you can see yourself sticking with long term, no matter what.  

One that works for YOU!

We are here to set you up for success

We picked exercises that challenged us, we’ve always been the go big or go home type. We ate mostly better, Brian did a better job than Sam in this area, and we got decent results. But we found ourselves in this constant cycle of eating super clean and then falling off the wagon. We would eat chicken and veggies for days only to binge all weekend on pizza, fries, donuts, and ice cream. It was a vicious cycle and one we just couldn’t seem to break…and our kids were doing it too.

We were sick of the back and forth and needed to set a better example for them so one day we had to take a really hard look in the mirror and be completely honest with ourselves, or as what we refer to often as our gut check moment. Reality was we exercised like crazy, we loved extreme workouts, and Sam even became a group fitness instructor

We remember what it was like to get started. We had an idea of what we wanted to accomplish with our weight loss but there was so much information to sort though. Ah! Where does one begin?! We had so many questions…

What was it that was really stopping us
from achieving the results we longed for? FOOD.

 

We had this long standing addiction to food, and not just any food but greasy, messy, artery clogging food.
So we decided to take another, different approach.
We found a way to make foods we once loved fit into our meal plan.
We were making great tasting cheat meals and finally truly live a healthy,
clean eating lifestyle.  

Within just a few months Sam lost 30lbs
while eating pizza, nachos, loaded fries, and tacos.

 

Now don’t get it twisted, we eat clean and well, and yes, we eat vegetables.
We are just fortunate enough to no longer live
the never ending cycle of eating plain food and binging later because we do it our way!
We want this for you too!

how to incorporate only 30 minutes of exercise into your busy life,
